COACH MORGAN

Whats up, I’m Morgan! I created Coach Morgan (the biz) because I believe in making fitness enjoyable, empowering, and positive.
I grew up in central Kentucky and started my first job at 15 years old, which then turned into my career as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. I started my fitness journey for the same reasons as you are - I didn’t like my body, I was lacking self-confidence and self-esteem and constantly thought others were looking at my ‘thunder thighs’ or my extra fat around my belly.
I tried diet after diet - for years! I tried eating healthy foods, exercising, drinking more water, cutting carbs, eating as little as I could (then binging), you name it. I spent hours in the gym and even more hours running down the backroads at 5am. I know how it feels to give it your all and still not be happy with the outcome.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from University of Kentucky, and went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I dove head-first into coaching in 2016, and I have evolved my services alongside my clients ever since. What started as a surface-level fitness coaching hobby has transformed into my biggest passion.
My mentor-ship and the resources I provide have transformed hundreds of lives, and I truly believe in using my leadership and experience to empower more women to go after their goals, and live out the life they deserve.

BRITTANY

I began my fitness journey after life-threatening complications with pregnancy and being thrown into single-mom-life. I have been in your shoes - underweight or overweight. I am a mom to a beautiful son, a girlfriend to an amazing guy, and a daughter both to my mom and of Christ. My faith in God and my empowerment through fitness has transformed my life into one of gratitude, empathy, and tenacity. I’ve been coaching since November 2018, and am passionate about pulling women away from limiting beliefs, fear, and lack of knowledge. I empower every woman I work with to step into her power, learn how to take care of herself both mentally and physically, and be the best she can be so she can be her best for everyone else in her life.

CHELSI

I grew up playing sports, but I truly began my fitness journey because I was tired of being the ‘overweight athlete’. Even though I was confident in sports, I struggled with comparing myself to other girls, negative self-talk, and terrible self-image. I hit rock bottom after trying every quick-fix in the book, only to keep failing.
I took a leap of faith and joined Coach Morgan’s mentor-ship to heal my mind and my body. Since then, I have gained my confidence and (more importantly) my LIFE back. Losing 85lbs not only made me happier in my body, but it also showed me that I am capable of anything I set my mind to, and that I am in control of my life.
I empower every woman I work with to learn, grow, and change her life by building a solid foundation of knowledge and inner strength so she can take her power and life back.

ASHLEY

I am a Physical Therapy Assistant in my hometown of Asheville, NC as well as a Fitness Lifestyle Coach. I started my personal fitness journey in 2016 because I was fed-up with living my life unhappy with how I looked and felt in my body. I have experienced first-hand that putting my health as a last priority led me to being unhappy in so many other areas in my life.
My goal as a coach is to guide, encourage, and redirect you toward your goals. I am passionate about creating a sustainable lifestyle for each and every woman I work with, so she can reach every goal she sets for herself and live up to her true potential as her best self!

SYDNEY

I started my own fitness journey when my life was everything but healthy. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2017 and spent years struggling with alcoholism. I was overweight, diabetic, and had a bad attitude. I was desperate for change!
When I kicked alcohol to the curb, I knew I needed something positive in my life to fill the void. I joined the Coach Morgan Mentorship and realized that my transformation was not only physical. My mind was healing and I found a confidence in myself I never knew I had.
I now have the privilege of helping other women pull themselves out of the slumps, the overwhelm, and the dissatisfaction and help them evolve into the strong, confident, energized woman they know they can be!

ERICA

I have always had a passion for health and fitness but still found myself struggling with my weight. Especially after giving birth to my son. Soon after I had lost myself in becoming a mom. I tried many fads to get results to only find myself dependent on protein shakes and not knowing how to eat properly. Then I found Morgan. This mentorship not only helped me physically but also mentally in ways that i didn't know were possible. I am honored to help women on their journey to achieve their goals, gain confidence, and realize anything is possible.
